Good part of the day, i am facing a problem where my Jira Product Discovery has been deactivated unexpectedly, and when I am trying to reactivate it i am seeing a page with sign - something went wrong. This situation keeps happening. Would you like to advise on further actions in order to activate it and continue my project?

Hello Monix,
If your product has been deactivated and activation fails, you need to contact the Atlassian Support > Billing & Licensing.
The form will ask you to provide the url of your instance and the E-xxx number of your product.
After that, Jira Product Discovery will be activated again.
Please pay attention to your product plan. If you have subscribed to the Standard plan, have not provided a payment method, and have too many creators (more than 3), you must remove user access to switch to the Free plan.
