Dear Community,
I tried all the similar resolutions that I could find, but my issue is still actual.
My project: cpmpyny-managed project on Jira software product;
Plan: free ( 8 users)
Statuses: I have created fw more, where transition to each status is possible.See details on the picture.
We have been using the project since a week, but today we got an issue : cards do not transit on board any more.
I cannot trace the reason and looking for any ideas.
Many thanks in advance.
Kindly,
Sakina
Hi Sakina,
What type of project is it? Team-managed? Company-managed? Is is JWM or JSM project?
Are you able to change the status directly on the card to the status you want? But just can't move it on the board?
HiJohn, thank you for your reply. It is a company-based project. JSM.
I can change the statuses manually, but not drag them.

That's the second time I have heard that in the past 24 hours. Assuming that the Statuses are in different columns, I would suggest submitting a support ticket to Atlassian to find out what is going on. If they are in the same column, you need to separate them to different columns to be able to drag and drop.
Please post the resolution back here.

Hello @Sakina Shabanova ,
Do you have any conditions added to those transitions - for example: only developers are allowed to transition the status from Development to QA?
Also, what errors do you see when trying to move from one status to another?

Hi Perisic, thank you for your reply.
No, no conditions. No error, they just stack and not moving, it happens for all the users, unfortunately.

Also, I would recommend to check this page: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/I-don-t-know-why-I-can-t-drag-my-issues-from-to-do-to-in/qaq-p/2115853 , where it is stated to check the mapping of columns.
