Hello community,
We have two jira server instance created on two differents server Linux installed as a service.
One is a production instance and the second one where I'am blocked is the test instance for the tester team.
I got an XML backup data from the production isntance and I deleted the dbconfig.xml from /data/jira of the test instance to reset the propreties and import the version of production.
We used Samlsso plugin and this one blocked me after the restore , by the way the restore is completed without problem, so the plugin blocked me when I tried to login it redirect me to the production instance.
so I user the nosso url to login without this plugin but I still stuck on the "Welcome to jira page" I can't login, the login page not displayed when I click on connexion and if I click on the logo (normally it should redirect me to my homepage jira test) it redirect me to production.
Please can someone help me , to first delete any connection or link still with the production instance and login to my jira test.
I have a team of 20 tester blocked and can't do there work on the test instance.
Thanks in advance !
PS:I have errors on the log file like:
The problem is resolved when I started Jita with disabling all the addons.
