Cannot login to JIRA using Chrome

Hi - ever since I changed my password, I am unable to login using Chrome. I do not have a block on 3rd party cookies. I was using JIRA this morning, before updating my PW, and now that the PW is updated, I can't access the website. Please help ASAP

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
As per your description, you are facing issues only using Chrome, is that correct?
Have you tested using Chrome in incognito mode?
Also please, make sure you cleaned the cache and cookies, so if you have saved the old password, it will be removed.
If none of this works, can you send us a screenshot of the error that appears when you try to login?
