Cannot login, keep getting “have already requested access”. message

When I log in to zingtechnology.atlassian.net with my email address it tells me that “I have already requested access”.

However, the access request comes to my email address and when I click “Review Request” it tells me that “I have already requested access”
I am stuck in a loop!

How can I get out of the loop and get access to our site?

If you're accessing the site for the first time, it is likely that you don't have access to the products (Jira or Confluence etc) that you're trying to access.

In this case, you should contact the site admins for assistance.
