Hello Everyone,
I have been receiving a lot of complaints from customer where they are not able to connect to printer. This is happening especially when they either upgrade to WIN10 21H1-21H2 or if they join a new computer to domain.
What i have realised is that the laptop cannot install the driver (due to security level issue)
However, this only worked with one customer. I still have 3 customers who are facing the issue and none of the above worked for them.
Any Suggestions?

I think you may have landed in the wrong place.
This is a community of people here to talk about Atlassian stuff, not printers or windows. My guess is that your printer supplier or internal helpdesk is using Atlassian to support the documentation or helpdesk and you have clicked on "help with Atlassian system" instead of "help with the printer"!
