I have attempted to import cards in our free version of Trello board to our JIRA test project page (also a free version since less than 10 people will use it)
I went through the instructions at https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-trello/
It said the import was completed successfully. However, there is still no card on our JIRA project page.

I have extracted a log file for my above import in case it can be needed.
Am I missing a step or are there technical limitations that prevent this import from being done successfully?
Is it perhaps because our Trello board visibility setting is 'Private' (also cannot change it since it is a free version of Trello)?
