Cannot get issuetype=Service Request to flow into powerautomate and create ticket

I am struggling to get issuetype=Service Request to flow into JIRA.  If I replace it with different issue types such as Problem, Enhancement, etc. it works fine.

As the issue type is based on 2 words, the clause should work with issuetype = "Service Request"
