Cannot get access to project

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi,

When I want to access my project, I cannot get access to it with my account. I can administer billing information for the app, but I can't open it. When logged in on my account, I could even choose that this note is about that specific app, but I just cannot access it anymore, even though I did add a lot of stuff to it when I first created it.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The tags on your post indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is that accurate?

What happens when you try to access the app? Do you get some sort of message? What message do you get?

If you are able to access https://admin.atlassian.com, are you able to access User Management and check the roles assigned to your account?

Do you have more than one Atlassian Cloud account? Are you sure you are logging in with the correct account? Have you tried in a private browser window to ensure that there is no cached identity information in the browser?
