Cannot export my timeline

When I export my timeline, there's nothing on the preview. It's just blank. How do I fix this?
I'm new to Jira and I'm using the free version.

Welcome to community, as i can see you are using jira work management cloud and trying to export your timeline. Have you tried using incognito browser mode ? or Disable your adblock addons ? Because I've tried similar system and it works normally as usual.
