Cannot disconnect Jira space from Slack app notifications

Hi All,

I subscribed to all notification from a jira project in Slack. This is in DMs with the Jira App.

I subscribed using /jira connect. Now, I am not able to disconnect this space from my notifications.

Attached is a screenshot of what I see when I use the command /jira manage (the project name is redacted).

When I click the "manage" button on that screenshot, it takes me to the project page. However, the project is blank and I get an error message (see screenshot).

What do I do?

I'm not sure on this, but here is some advice I found looking this issue up, hope it helps, if not we will see what advice others have. 

• In the DM with @JIRA, run /jira unsubscribe
• In the DM with @JIRA, run /jira notify and turn off or reduce notifications
• In the DM with @JIRA, run /jira manage and look for Disconnect, Delete, or Pause (not just Manage)
• In Jira, open the space → Space settings → Apps → Slack integration → remove the connection
• If Slack integration isn’t visible, add the Slack Integration tab to the space (via + on the project), then delete the subscription from there
• Mute the DM with @JIRA in Slack to stop notifications while fixing it
