Hello,
I have a technical questions about JIRA cloud that requires input from Atlassian team, however, when I try to create a ticket on the Atlassian page (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/), it only shows a blank page. There is no interactive area to submit any comments or create the ticket.
Is there someway that I may reach Atlassian for help? Thank you.

Hi Christopher,
Sorry you're having issues with the contact page! I'd suggest trying in an incognito window to see if you've got any extensions enabled in your browser's normal profile which might be blocking Javascript for some reason.
As for the question, we're also active here on Community. I see your question about the audit log duration and will take a look!
