Cannot create isues for Undertow space

When I try to create a new issue in the Undertow space ( removed the URL, this is a public forum ), I get the error "You cannot create issues in this project.". The spaces dropdown only shows a few spaces: FUSETOOLS2, GAL,
IPT, GTPEINFRA, RHELTEST, RHEPM, RHPARTNER, SECDATA, WFCI and WFGP. It seems I can create issues for those spaces, but not for the other spaces. I've tried clearing all cookies and even created a new Jira account, but still I cannot create an issue for Undertow.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You need to contact your Jira admin at Redhat, this community is made up of mainly Atlassian Customers and as such we do not have access to other customers instances.

Based on the error you do not have create work item permissions in the space you are trying to create the work item in.

Hi Mikael,

Thank you for your answer. I just managed to open a support ticket on the RH Jira service desk. This wasn't working before either, but now thankfully it is. I hope they can help me with this.
