I am trying to connect BitBucket Cloud to Jira Cloud. I go to Jira -> Apps -> DVCS Accounts. There are no integrations yet, but when I try to connect to my Bitbucket account, I get the following error : "Something went wrong".

And if I try to connect from BitBucket in Workspace Settings-> Atlassian Integrations -> Jira and then try to connect, I get the message "Unable to Connect. A Jira admin needs to remove the connection in Jira before you can connect to BitBucket".

Do you have some suggestions for this issue?

Hello Tina,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When this message appears, it means that there is already an active integration with this Bitbucket cloud account. It will be necessary to remove it and try to integrate it again.

Would it be possible to send us a screenshot of the DVCS accounts page? Just make sure to hide any private information.

Regards,
Angélica

Hi Angelica,

Thanks for the help. I didn't have an DVCS accounts in the DVCS accounts page, but my problem with the connection got fixed when my teammate administrator tried to meake the connection and it worked - the DVCS account to Bitbucket was added.

Regards,

Tina
