Cannot configure swimlanes for my Kanban board

Hi, I have created a Kanban team-managed board and would like my tasks to be automatically categorised by epics via swimlanes when users land on the board. However, I am unable to find the option for configuring swimlanes in the settings as the board owner, as illustrated in the attached screenshot.
It would be great to know how I can achieve this. View by epic is not as ideal as swimlanes in my project flow. Thanks!
