Cannot complete my Sprint

I am new user of Jira, but I´ve started 10 Sprint´s, but at the end of the 10th Sprint I was blocked to complete my Sprint.

There is some itens not finished on this Sprint,  as you can see (it ´s not a new situation!),  

When I click in "Complete my Sprint" moving Pending itens to a new Sprint, Jira accuse that I don´t have permission to do that. There are 6 itens, all of them are in "In Progress" board.

I really appreciate any help, thank you

Please navigate to permission helper and check if you have the permissions to manage sprints

Thank´s Vickey, the issue was exactly in permissions. I am a Administrator, but the Administrator doesn´t have permission to Change Itens ou Mange Sprints
