Hi!
We want to cancel an account deletion, but this is not possible. When we click over the link,it says error to load user data.
Do you mean you have already deleted/removed the user from your instance and want to cancel that?
Sadly that is not possible. Once done there is no undo.
More on that here:
https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/remove-or-suspend-a-user/
you can invite the user again though.
Regards
Hi Aaron,thnx for your answer.
The user was set to be deleted today but it was decided later to undo that, but it was not possible to cancel deletion via the email link we received from Atlassian.
And sadly,i cannot re-invite user bcz the error 'account was deactivated/set for deletion’ follows.I’m Org admin and can’t do nothing about it.Any further suggestion pls? :)

Hi again!
Sadly, there isn't a way to restore it. You will have to create a new account for that user.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/deactivate-or-delete-managed-accounts/
As a best practice, you don't delete users, you deactivate them.
For this, you can contact Atlassian. They might have a way to restore the user:

Tried everything, but still cannot invite same person(with same email) bcz the message 'user is deactivated’ will pop up.
