From JIRA software, navigate to our profile page.
Then at "Worked On" panel, click at "View All".
Usually it will navigate to the page that list all latest update on JIRA tickets we are worked on.
But now those page seem broken. It showing
"Something went wrong
We keep track of these errors, but feel free to contact us if refreshing doesn’t fix things."
So I'm here.

You have posted your question in a Jira user community. The "contact us" in the message is referring you to contact Atlassian Support.
I believe only Jira Admins and Site Admins are allowed to submit support tickets, so you may need to escalate internally to your local administrators to get a support ticket created.
