Hi, 

Cannot access  https://xxx.atlassian.net, show error for *.atlanssian.net certificate. 

Use tools to check the website, https://ssl-tools.net/webservers/, show error information with "Unknown Authority"

We cannot access our Jira and Confluence now.  Any Atlanssian error/mistake happened?

There were SSL/TLS errors on that day. It has since been resolved.

On 2021-12-07 there was a big outage affecting Atlassian and the underlying AWS infrastructure .  This might be the cause.
