Cannot access any licenses at my atlassian

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We have self hosted Jira and Bitbucket and when I renew licenses I login to my atlassian with my email address. However, since we have also claimed that domain on Jira Cloud, I have no licenses as it is linking my email address with my cloud account. When I login to my atlassian it says I have no licenses. I know I have Jira and Bitbucket licenses as I renew them there. Is there a way to get access to my self hosted licenses? I'm an admin on our Jira Cloud if that helps.
