Hi everyone,
i have an issue. my jira 3.13.4 cannot sending email notifications.
when i open mail queue menu, i got some warning

Hi @aermineral ,
you need to enable outgoing email first.
Administrator -> System -> Mail -> Outgoing Mail and click Enable Outgoing Mail on the top right
