My role is admin. we enabled all email notification for change status, create, update, delete, issue, etc. but I don't receive mail. mail received only Org & admin role.

If you are the one executing the action, you typically will not get an email. If not, check the Notifications Scheme attached to the Project to see who should get what Notifications when.
