Cannot Login to Jira

Hi,

The error message I am getting it says "Something has gone wrong Check browser allows third-party cookies"

I had reset my password however I still cannot able to login.

Sorry to hear you are facing this problem.

I believe your browser might be blocking some of the cookies used by Atlassian applications. Please, try the steps below to work around the problem:

• Clear your browser's cache and restart it, then try to login again
• If it didn't work, open your browser in incognito mode and try to access the page https://id.atlassian.com
• If the error persists, use the option can't log in? at the same page to reset your password one more time
