Cannot Login into Coorporate Account

Hello all,

The company i work for is wants to change my work email to use to my personal email.

I cannot login into the jira software with my old account email address so we used my personal email instead. There is something really funky going on with the login. I enter the password and everything correctly and it still asks for admin approval, when iv been already approved with and without my old email, I really need someone with master access to assist me as my co worker is having issues with adding me to the board as well as the project.,

For some reason it works now, no idea why. I can login
