Cannot Login: Lost admin credentials for localhost evaluation JIRA

I am unable to login to a locally hosted installation (evaluation license) of JIRA on my Windows laptop.

I installed JIRA last night and logged in without a problem after the initial setup, but I forgot to write down my admin username and password. I also did not configure my email client, so it appears I am unable to use the "Can't access your account?" feature on the login page. I've tried, but an email is not sent to me.

Is there another way to look up username and password? Maybe through pgAdmin4, which I have installed on my computer, or a CMD command?
