Cannot Create Story - Seeing Message "AMC Infra: A selected user..."

Hello, I was in the process of creating a Story and when I pressed on Create I saw the following message "AMC Infra: A selected user for this field no longer exists. Choose another user." .
I was wondering if anyone has any ideas?
