I have a range of automated responses I use. In this case I have added the $issueDescription$ tag so when I have my response its similar to this

NOW what I want to add is the ORIGINAL attachment PDF that they uploaded. So, it is sent back to them in the email. I know it sounds redundant but I have been adding these back in and it just helps them see the whole issue in the one response.
Just wondering if this is possible or anyone else has come across something similar?

Are you referring to the default canned responses in JSM or is this an option from a 3rd party app?
