Canned Response Limitations vs Comment Box

In a comment box, I can easily attach a logo `.png` file, and embed a link against it.

In a canned response, I can not hyperlink a logo. 

I navigated to 'Link Preferences' page of JIRA, and inserted the URL to allow for embeds, but did not work.

Use-Case:

It's very important for my team to have a logo with a hyperlink against it. We want to advertise to our clients in a minimal way that doesn't add a lot of noise (i.e. logo and having to attach a URL link separately). We don't want to be seeking and attaching the logo, as well as seeking and attaching the URL every single time we respond to the client. 

Please help.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I was able to replicate your scenario and had the same result. I am assuming you are using the native Canned Response function within Jira Service Management spaces.

I recommend that you provide that feedback directly to Atlassian by using the Provide Feedback option within Jira under the Help button near your avatar. 

Since this is a user community, it is not the best venue to get such suggestion back to Atlassian.
