Cancel suscription

I want to cancel my JIRA standar suscription, the free version is enought for me.

But there is not panel for manage suscriptions, how can I cancel?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

If you have sufficient permissions you should be able to manage your subscription from https://admin.atlassian.com. Go to the Billing page. 

There you should find a list of your product subscriptions, with an option/link for Manage.

If you click the Manage link that should give you the billing page for that specific product, with the option to change your subscription type.

Note if you Cancel your subscription that means you don't want to retain the site URL or any of the data associated with it. You would need to create a new site and set everything up from scratch.

It sounds like what you want to do instead is Change your subscription type to downgrade from the Standard plan to the Free plan.

Before you do that you will need to ensure that you have 10 or fewer users granted access to your product(s). If you have Jira Service Management you can have no more than 3 people granted Agent access in that product.
