I no longer use Bitbucket or any Atlassian products. My Git repositories have been migrated to GitHub. I cannot delete my Atlassian account because it reports that I am the billing/technical contact, but I have no accessible organization or active products. Please remove any remaining billing/technical associations and enable deletion of my account.
Hey @Rossco107 ,
Related to this, you can contact official support team via this channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
Select this:
And at the bottom of the screen, there should be Need more help? button. Once you click on that, you should be able to fill out the form and submit the ticket.
Also, you can check https://admin.atlassian.com/billing to see if you have any accounts listed there 👀

Hi @Rossco107
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Since this is an account and data privacy request, the Atlassian Community can't remove your account or delete your personal data.
If you no longer have access to an organization or to any active products, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support directly to request account deletion. They can verify your identity and assist with removing any remaining account associations.

I get this - but its only me, I cant select anyone else- I can stop monthly billing on my free account -- You can't delete your account
Your account can't be deleted because:
This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW.
This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.
Read our support documentation for more help and instructions:

You should delete the site first, then try to delete the account.
