Can you use multiple words to trigger one automated rule?

I have a case where there can be multiple correct terms in the summary of an issue, but I want each to trigger the same rule. 

If A or B or C or D, assign to Group 2.  I did not see an OR only the AND for automated rules.

I see the response in the Trello product, but I cannot figure out how to make it work in Jira.  Of course, I am new guy with a basic issue that has me stumped.

You should be able to accomplish that with the If/Else Then Block component under Conditions.

I thought the if-else block could be the answer, but could not figure it out initially.  With your support, I was able to rollout a number of automation in my issues management.
