We are using a next-gen service desk to triage bugs and feature requests and a next-gen project to transition those requests into roadmaps and work for our development teams. As part of the process, there are some custom fields we gather in the service desk that help us prioritize requests. However, we cannot find a way transition that data to the next-gen JIRA project used by developers for the work. Is there a way to keep data found in custom fields when move issues from a next-gen Service desk to a next-gen project?
