Can you send out an email template (on Cloud) to update stakeholders?

Our team is looking to update our stakeholders on the progress of overall epic and the issues that were included in the previous sprint. 

We were hoping to use an email template and maybe customize it so it had more of a dashboard view. We wanted to include visuals on the current status, issues in progress, epic in progress, etc. so stakeholders could be debriefed easily. 

Ideally, we would want to send this out after every sprint. If the action could not be automated we wanted to at least create a template. But, I am not seeing email template options for software projects or for on cloud.

Welcome to the community!

I would use confluence to track the work for a specific sprint instead of jira.  There are templates there that you can use.  Now this all depends if you currently have confluence. You can then share the page with various stakeholders.
