Can you please share definition for test priority in JIRA

I am unable to locate the standard definition for test priority in JIRA AND JIRA STATUS DEFINITION.

That's because there isn't one.  Jira doesn't have a test priority, and the default status that are created when you use one of the project templates to create a project (and hence workflow) are self-explanatory.
