I'm trying to move a ticket between columns (drag and drop) on a team-managed project board, but it's not working. However, if I transition the ticket to any status, the ticket moves to that column. Any reason this is not working?

Drag-and-drop does generally work in boards for Team Managed projects. Workflow transitions Rules may prevent you from being able to move an issue from a particular column to another particular column. If those exist, though, they would also prevent you from changing the Status directly in the issue.
What happens when you try to drag and drop the card? Does it snap back to the original column?
Can you tell us if the type of the project is Business/Work Management, Software, or Service? You can get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
What is the Issue Type for the issue you are trying to move?
Can you provide a screen image of your board and indicate the issue you tried to move, the original column, and the destination column? Obscure any sensitive information that displays in the board.

It does snap back to the original column.
It is Team-managed business project.
I checked and there are no rules in the workflow.
It looks like it was a bug and now fixed. I can move tickets to other columns.
