Can you elaborate what is the difference between Pearson One-Jira and Pearson Agile-Jira in detail.Which one is better to use.Explain their features

We are a community of end-users of Atlassian software.

Most (possibly all) of us are not using whatever your "Pearson" Jira systems are, and hence have no knowledge of what One or Agile really mean to Pearson.  (If stretched, I'd guess "One" means "Core" and "Agile" means "Software", as corporates do tend to do silly things like pointless renames, but that really is a total guess).  You should probably ask Pearson what the differences are.
