Can you assign Sub tasks to a different Parent task?

I was wondering if sub-tasks can be reassigned to existing parent tasks.  Can I drag and drop onto different parent tasks?

Hi Stephen,

as far as I know you alway have to use the "Move" operation and then assign it to a new parent (the dialog will offer this) but you can not change the parent via drag and drop on a board (what I assume you want to do).

You can use Convert To Issue and then Convert to Sub-task
