I would like to add the creation date and update date to the customer portal ticket list in the Jira Service Management (Cloud).
According to some Jira issues this should be possible already (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4073).
However, I cannot find any options to configure this (see screenshot):
Is there some way to achieve this?
You can add created but not updated.
