The "Components" field for my project has several lengthy names in the pick-list. On the issue creation form, the "Components" pick-list options wrap to the next line so that the full name is visible. However, once the issue is created, if a user attempts to update the component using the "Components" field in the right side panel, they are unable to view the full pick-list names because the field width is too narrow. Is there a way to increase the width of fields in the right side panel? Or a way to make the pick-list names wrap like they do on the issues form? Please share any solutions that might solve the problem of the names being cut off and not fully visible to users.

I just figured out that to see the full name, you can drag the panel border to the left to expand the panel. See the attached gif. Problem solved.
Hi @Sylvia Royall the width cannot be increased. Why use such lengthy components? Can you use more abbreviations or shorten the length? After all, it's just a way to structure issues. How many components do you have in this project?

@Dave Mathijs Thank you for your response. We can't get around the lengthy names for our particular use case. There are 67 components in the project.

Also, tickets are auto-assigned to a given component owner based on the selected component.
