Can we use same license on two different production systems

Hello,

I have same set of users accessing 2 different Jira instances. Since the license is based on #of users, and i have the same users accessing 2 JIRA instances, can i use same license for those two production instances?

No a SEN is restricted to a single server/instance.

Yes, or better solution (?) is to use a single instance. What drives two instances?
