Can we use Jira for Fault and symptoms tracking for each product on a single dashboard?

I want to log all technical support calls i.e once the call is finished Tech support guy should select a product, fault & symptoms. This logging will help me to understand the most complained fault in each product and their symptoms.

Hi @kgunda - I feel you can do that. You may need to add few custom fields to capture the information like Product name, Root cause Analysis, workaround
