Can we specify a new product added to JIRA only to a set of users?

I am adding Zephyr Test Management product to JIRA. For pricing can I only allow it to a specific number of users than all the users in my JIRA? If not I may have to go for a higher plan.

Hi @Umesh Liyanage and welcome to the community!

Sadly that's not how app pricing works. You cannot limit an app to a specific set of users and then purchase/subscribe to it only for them.

You'll always have to purchase the app for the highest tier in your instance.

So also if you have JSM and JSW and your JSM agents are more then you'll have to buy it for that tier. (it will not  be all users on all products (so no addition) but it will default to the highest tier on your instance)
