Can we move the subtasks to different parent

I have create subtasks for one story, that story is moved out from the sprint, I want to move the subtasks to different parent.

You probably don't have permission to move it.
Ask the project administrator to grant you this access.

In response to your question: yes, you can move subtasks to a different parent issue — but there are a couple of details to keep in mind depending on your Jira setup.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Open the subtask you want to move.

2. Click the More (•••) menu in the top-right corner.

3. Select Move.

4. In the move wizard, you’ll be able to change the parent issue.

5. Follow the steps and confirm the change.

Yes, you can move the sub-task to another parent, using the Move feature. See the attached screenshots.

In the project's Permission scheme check the Move Issue permission. It is missing for you.
