Can we make the task cards (in software board) with no activity for a week highlighted?

I a trying to find a way to highlight tasks on the Jira board that had not been touched for a week or so highlighted.

what type of project is this? If you have a full-featured board where you can edit the board settings you have a couple options:

• add a Quick filter -updatedDate <= -7d
• use card colors - you can add a card sidebar color to denote these using JQL - updatedDate <= -7d 
• use a swimlane to separate these issues from the rest using the same JQL - updatedDate <= -7d
