Can we make custom field (made by Forge) appear as a native Jira dropdown in the issue navigator (All work- list view).
This "Affected Epics" field is a custom field I created with forge
Is it possible to make it display and behave the same as a native Jira dropdown multi-select field, so that I can select or edit values directly from this column?

Directly to the List view, no, there isn't a template for that. Alternatively, you can create your custom field and then try to add it to the List view.
