Can we maintain multi JIRA Cloud site under main Subscription?

Hello,
I need to know if and how it is possible to manage multiple sites (https://site1.atlassian.net/ + https://site2.atlassian.net/ + ...) under one main atlassian admin page (https://admin.atlassian.com/)

What we need is a centrally managed atlassian admin page, where we would see multiple (jira/ confluence/ jira service desk) sites and subscriptions.
Our Business has multiple business units with multiple users, clients and customers and therefore we need multiple jira instances which can be managed via one central atlassian admin space (overview of billing, apps...)

Is this possible and if so how?
Is the billing then also distributed and billed seperately? E.g:
Jira Instance 1: 100 Users
- App 1: 100 Users
Jira Instance 2: 250 Users
- App 1 250 Users

Note : We are not looking for any migration, We just wanted Maintain Multi JIRA Cloud sites under main Subscription.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Yes, you can do this.

Sites/products can be grouped under Organizations.

When you create your first Atlassian Cloud site/product an Organization is also created for the site to exist within. Whoever creates the site/product is the Organization Admin for the Organization that is created.

An Organization Admin can go to admin.atlassian.com, go to the Products page and click a button to Add Product. The next screen gives them to option to add a product to an existing site in the Organization, or to create a new Site in the Organization and add the product to the new site.

An Organization admin will see the billing for and be able to managed subscriptions for all sites and products within the Organization. This information is aggregated on a single Billing page under admin.atlassian.com.

Each site can have a separate payment method specified.

The number of users for each site is maintained separately and can be billed separately.

Note that if you have one person who has access to multiple products and sites, the user will be counted against the billing for each product and site to which they have access.

A Site Admin will be able to see billing information for only the sites where they have Site Admin access.

Organization Admins can grant the Organization Admin role to other users, so it is not only the original Organization Admin who has that level of access.
