Can we have multiple owners for filter or dashboard in Jira Cloud?

Recently our company migrated to Jira Cloud. Trying to find if Jira Cloud supports multiple owners for a filter or Dashboard.

No, Jira Cloud does not support multiple owners for filters and dashboards.

There is a suggestion to add this feature, JRACLOUD-17783, and I would encourage you to go and vote for it to let Atlassian know that you would like to see this implemented.
