I don’t understand your question. Download a pie chart? What is your ultimate goal here?

In reports tab we can see different reports generated by Jira. My goal is to download those reports in local . How can I achieve this??

Reports and gadgets are generated internally.

Ideally, you should simply point your users to run the reports themselves. For a "download", there's not much beyond "take a screenshot" that is of any use as a "download"
