Can we determine the Sprint velocity without story points?

Can we have the accurate sprint Velocity Chart without story points, just on the bases of hours estimation, kindly guide me if it is possible and do Jira support the estimation in hours for generating accurate results for the sprint Velocity Chart. if it is not possible then guide me through steps to generating accurate Velocity Chart.

Yes, change the board's estimation from story points to estimates.  It's under board config -> estimation.
