Can we customize the Tempo Timesheets to show data based on custom created attributes.?

1) I need to know if there is a way to add custom attributes to people within the team

2) Also, if its possible to create reports based on these custom attributes.

For example :

Can I distinguish team members as contractors/FTEs and different allocations accordingly so that I can pull the report based on the contractors based and FTES based revenue cost  etc
